Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Rental deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
50% of rental deposit will be refunded for cancellations between 61 and 120 days; 75% between 121 and 180 days.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations made 181 days or more prior to the reservation
The balance is due 60 days before rental begins.
All rates & reservations & policies subject to change before deposit received.
For each additional night over seven nights, add:
$165 for 2 Guests,
$185 for 3 Guests, and
$205 for 4 Guests
Possible additional cost per Holiday weeks (owner dependant)
Book now and protect best rate for up to one year.
Comments:
Breakfast food is stocked for the first morning stay.
Rate includes Property Manager meeting guests at Airport and taking them for an orientation and
turnover of keys to Sunset Cottage.
Transportation back to airport dependant upon guests.
